The honeycomb-type microbiological buffer is designed in the form of a fixed plate with a concave surface to increase the contact surface area. The honeycomb-shaped microorganism substrate is bonded into a block shaped like a honeycomb by many overlapping sheets through a specific PVC glue.
Honeycomb type microbiological substrate is placed on a support frame about 0.5m from the bottom of the tank, the bottom of the tank is a gas distribution system, through an air blower with a suitable capacity to ensure adequate oxygen supply microorganisms live and develop.
